I sold a truck on craigslist and the guy came and paid for it but that was over a month ago and he hasn't cam e and picked the truck up. What is the time frame on pick up on a sold vehicle in Mississippi?

Did you sign the title over to him? If so call a tow truck after you wait 30 days. Let somebody else tell you how many days to wait MS law. I'm in la.

I did sign the title over to him but my daughter drew on it so I had to replace it and the one he has is useless so I have the new title I sold it July 25 and he hasn't come and got it and I have contacted him several times...

well this could get ugly since y'all both have titles. A Lawer should shoot you better advice shortly.

July 25? Of last year

No 25th of this year and the title he has is no good I had to replace it because they couldn't process it because of the drawing on it from my daughter

I understand that the DMV voided it but if you sale the truck to another buyer he will likely take you to court. He will have Pd receipt and the voided title and the judge will rule against you. You original question on how many days I can't tell you but you definitely need that answer.
