I shut off water to bathroom to fix faucet leak, turned it back on when done and now toilet tank and toilet bowl will not refill after flush. What did I likely do, and what do I do to fix it?

Sounds like you disturbed some minerals built up in the pipe walls and now it's clogging your ballcock. Tell me which ballcock's yours and I'll show you how to flush it out. Back to you, Tom
