26 yr old female،married 2 months ago and trying to conceive , 35 days cylclw length, on regular check up it tirned that I have a 4.5 ovarian cyst,and a prolactin level of 27.7 (reference range 4.7-23.3)
The OB suggested Norprolac for 30 days and Yasmine for 2 consecutive cycles.
With the slight increase in prolactin, do I have to take medication?
Can the cyst resolve on its own without the oral contraceptive use?
During the transvaginal ultrasonography, the OB showed me the largest egg which was about 1.5 cm long, on day 11 Of cycle, does this mean that I can ovulate? When is it expected to ovulate? Knowing that I have 35!days cycle, but the follicle was 1.5 cm on day 11
