Hi, so I'm 18 years old and sexually active but on the pill and always using condoms. About a day I go I noticed irritation down there and pain when I would urinate. I took a closer look and I had about three small reddish bumps on both of my vaginal lips, they were very tender. It is a day later and I feel they are spreading and getting worse. The day before I noticed y symptoms I rubbed way to hard with some rough toilet paper for way to long for some reason, I thought this might be the cause at first but now I'm not so sure. There is no pus or bleeding, just a series of red irritated bumps. Please help!
