If someone was on parole for robbery and caught another robbery charge do he has to do his whole back up time? When he go to the parole board could they turn him over to his new case

    Hello L:

You're asking whether they CAN parole him again to a detainer.. The CAN, of course, but they WON'T. They're going to want him to finish the present case first. Then the cops will pick him up on the new charge.

He has been sentence to 4yrs for the new case. For his old case it says he is done with that case 2014 because his back up time. So he will start serving time for his new case then. Could he get of the old case before then? He goes to the parole board this yr could they turn him over to his new case now

    Hello again, L:

I'm not going to change my mind.. I said they COULD parole him to the detainer (new case) but I don't think they're going to. Why would they? Has he proven to be a model citizen who deserves a break?? I don't think so.
