Can my ex partner take me to small claims for a TV blueray that he paid for and wants the money for , but I have offered to give it to him

Anyone can sue in Small Claims, why not? Just because you offered to give him the money (or is it the TV and blueray themselves) isn't the money. I assume he's tired of waiting. And what's this about a bathroom? If you own your home, take out an equity loan to pay him.
