Yup, if she has sex. I deliver babies to 17 year olds every day I work.

Then why do you want to have sex? Sex = babies. There is no form of birth control that is 100% effective.

Even with protection?

Even with THREE correctly used forms of protection.

I used 2 forms of birth control perfectly and still got pregnant not once, but twice. I was also told I was sterile after having 6 months of harsh chemotherapy and still managed to get pregnant.

So, you see, there is nothing that will prevent pregnancy 100% aside from abstinence.

Nothing is 100% but there is the morning after pill. Or in desperate cases abortion. Still you need to be ready encase yo get stuck with certain thins you don't want to have to do.
