Is there I way that I can have my daughters fathers rights terminated? I live in the state of IL. He has not seen her since she was 3 months old and she is 18 months now. He has not paid his child support faithfully since it was ordered. For instance he has not paid his child support for the last 3 months. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

What are you trying to accomplish by terminating his rights? At any rate, no, you cannot.

You CAN take him back to Court for contempt and enforce the support order.

You CANNOT force him to visit or have any other contact with the child.
