She will have to take a pregnancy test using first morning urine. If she did indeed have a tampon in, it would have stopped the sperm from reaching the egg.

Sorry I miss worded that I was trying to say that it is very unlikely that it would be able to make it to her in time. But if your still worried about it just get a pregnancy test to make sure.
