My girlfriend and I have had unprotected sex a few times this month.. She was 5 days late getting her period is there still a chance she may be pregnant?

Let's see - you had unprotected sex. She got her period, although it was late.

Did she miss her period? No. Is she pregnant? 99.9% no.

If you don't realize that a MISSED period is usually the first sign of pregnancy you shouldn't engage in risky behavior.

This is my own personal experience. I was told I could never have children due to medical issues. My husband and I had experienced serveral deaths in the family over a short amount of time. I was sick all the time and certain smells bothered me but I never missed a period. I was a few days late but I thought it was nerves. Serveral months later my sister said I had a glow and should take a test. I told her she was crazy! 6 tests later and a trip to the doctor I was 4 months pregnant with our first child. I was high risk and was on bed rest but still pregnant and never missed a cycle during my whole pregnancy!
