We have warm water coming up through a crack in the garage floor. We turned off the hot water heater (which is in the garage, but not near the crack), water stopped coming up. Washer is inside the house. What kind of cost are we looking at? Is there pipes under our garage floor?

There is also water at the end of our driveway, going down the street to the storm drain.

Sorry to have to inform you that you have a pressure leak in your hot water line under the slab.
    You have two options here.
1- Tear up the slab, locate the leak and repair it, **or**
    2- Repipe the hot water.
This is your choice but when my cold water sprung a leak under the slab I saved big bucks and a lot of dirt and hassle by repiping the cold water. My advice? Get three estimates for each and go with you're most comfortable with. Good luck, Tom
