So in the US you are 117 lbs, so in US terms you are about 20 to 30 lbs or perhaps 10 to 25 KG under weight.
How is your over all health, how active are you, so you do long distance running or swimming ?
What about meals, are you eating well balanced meals and not skipping meals or eating too much of one thing
First get a complete physical to see if there is a medical issue, the doctor may have some suggestion, The addition of protein drinks may help
