It's been 1 week since I am feeling tired the whole day, no morning sickness but feel nausea in evenings, legs and abdominal area feels heavy, get cramps and backbone pain on bending over, gas problem and pooping has increased, feel nausea on staring at computer screen and other bright objects, HPT was negative but still feel some tension in body, period is due on 5th July, want to know if I should be hopeful about pregnancy, and should I climb up the stairs in such condition?
