If someone was arrested for 8 driving on suspended licence and open container and was put on felony probation and was only on it for 4 months and violated with a dirty urine. Will he goes to court will they let him out? His probation officer does not like him and refuses to talk to him.

First his PO is not suppose to like him, his PO's job is to try to find a way to revoke him and catch him doing something illegal. ** looks like they did.

And what is there to like a person with no drivers license who is caught drinking while they are driving, Add to this now had a dirty urine ? What was it for ? Drugs or drinking ?

But it shows that within months he had no respect for the law and was doing what he was against the rules of the court.

So he may sing in the church choir on Sunday but just looking at what you tell him, sounds like he has not learned from probation.

Most likely what will happen the judge will order him perhaps into a treatment program, most testing and back on probation.
