    Hi I'm a latina girl and.my skin is horrible (face and arms ) and I'm looking for a whitening lotion that helps me.. in my face I have little red blemishes that can be seen if no make up is applied.. PLEASE HELP

    Where are you at, in many places these products are illegal without a doctors order. Have you discussed this with your doctor
