Could it be my fuel injectors?
My 5-speed 92 civic has to have the gas peddle down with the clutch to start. Could it also be my fuel injectors that is dirty?

If the fuel filter hasn't been changed in the last 60,000 miles or 4 years, I would change it and add either Shell Regane or Chevron Techron to the gas.

If I were you, I'd clean the main ECM ground on the thermostat housing and run the K-Test. With your oil pressure light staying on, I'm still not convinced your ECM is okay. Have someone familiar with working on cars run the test for you. It will only take several minutes.

    1. How many miles are on the car?
    2. How would you characterize the overall shape of the car?
    3. How does it run, once it starts?
    4. What are the answers to the 3 basic diagnostic questions?

    1. I'm not sure exactly how much miles it is on the car. But I know for sho it's over 140,000.
    2. The overal shape is good. The motor is still healthy. There are a couple things that are wrong with it such as the dashboard light goes on and off, my clock no longer shows, and I only get 25-30/mpg.
    3. Once it starts it runs great like nothing is wrong.
    4. are the 3 basic diagnostic questions about the CEL, main relay click, and the fuel pump? If they are then, yes the CEL goes on and turns off after 2 seconds. I hear the main relay click and the fuel pump. But the battery and oil light stays on. But when I drive, the battery and oil light turns off. Weird huh?

That description makes it sound a lot better than what I thought. Locate the thermostat housing, remove the 10 mm bolt securing the 3 wire brass connector, and clean the connector and mounting surface with steel wool or 240 grit abrasive cloth. Spray with WD-40 afterwards. Make sure 3 wires going into this connector look okay. This is the main ECM ground (G101).

Read some of my suggestions on Civic maintenance and ways to improve gas mileage in the Sticky. I suggest you start using synthetic 5W-30 engine oil and synthetic synchromesh manual transmission fluid.

I've tried to search the web to locate the thermostat housing, but I can't seem to find any info. Where is the thermostat housing located?

Where the bottom radiator hose connects to the engine. It's just behind the distributor.

I found the thermostat housing and the three wires. I don't have any tools with me, but when I get home I'll definitely do this. Thanks a lot!:D

So I found it it was the starter that was causing all this problems. I replaced the auto zone starter with a denzo starter and I also replaced the auto zone battery for an interstate battery. Never going back to auto zone again. Now my car is working perfectly fine! Thanks for all your advice. I'll also be keeping up with the other suggestions also. Thanks a bunch again!
