My iron is very low due to not having enough prenatel vitamins or meat during my pregnancy so I was given a prescrition for iron pills but at the pharmacy they said you can just get it fron the isle. They gave me a prescription for a reason I can't afford them all my money goes to my baby and well my sis-in-law gave me some iron pills but they don't deem to be working I still feel weak and I try to eat the food they told me that has iron but I can't always eat it for some reason. Last time I checked my iron was a 10 wich is low and I been getting a headache everyday. Do I need to go to my doctor or what?
