I replaced the toilet insides and the water fill line but now there is a small leak from under the tank where the fill line connects I tightened the nut as much as I could but there is still a leak now what?

Sounds like you cross threaded the connection. That's easy to do on plastic threads. Take it apart and try again. Good luck, Tom
