I am 20 years old and have a rough child hood history my father was collecting childsupport from.my mother and I never scene any of it . I was even sent to state custody because he was founded in neglect . I was never able to pay for college to be in college . I feell that I am owed for what was never given to me that is affecting my future . What can I do.

Child support is not given to the child. Its paid to the parent to raise the child. Did you have a roof over your head? Clothes on your back? Food on the table?

He was a drug addict had to go to.churchesl for food at times and barely any clothes unless gotten from.neighbor .

Ok, but if you could sue him and if you win what are you going to get? I'm sure the money is long gone! So you go through the expense of a suit and get nothing.
