I am a Canadian citizen with US green card. I live in Niagara Falls, NY, USA but is going to work in Canada. Do I still have to apply for re-entry if I am crossing the border weekly (back and forth to my residence in New York once a week)?

You only have to present your green card with your cdn.passport to do this once a week.
