If you have irregular periods is it Normal to get cramps all month and no period ? Or could I be pregnant ?

Any time you have sex, protection or no protection, you risk getting pregnant. So yes, you could be pregnant.

But if I'm not pregnant , is it normal to get cramps all month but no period with people who have irregular periods?
