    Physical Activity? (read description)
I've started working out for an hour each day, but I'm wondering if what I'm doing is considered working out. I raise my right knee to my left elbow, lower them, twist my body twice, then repeat with the opposite limbs continuously for an hour each day is this considered physical activity? I live in an apartment and on the top floor, I don't want to make noise and this is the quietest kind of activity I can think of please help all suggestions appreciated!

That sounds awfully boring for that length of time. Certainly there are other "quiet" exercises for other parts of your body. What about yoga -- lots of stretching as you go into different postures.

Are you exercising for a specific reason? Weight loss? Flexibility?

It is activity of course, but could be harmful, it is too much of the same thing.
Push ups, sit ups, toe touches, arm rotations, sit on the floor and do stretch toward each foot and then center. Do arm punches
