    OK I read all this about if the property is going into forcloser keep paying my rent but who do I pay it to when the landlord doesn't own it any more she let me have last month with out paying but fri day is rent day who do I pay it too now that it has been forclosed on ? There was a notice on my door for her saying as of the 15th of June they took the property the bank did is that who I pay my rent too ?
    This is a single family dwelling and I the tenant haven't received 30 days notice or any notice from the landlord to vacate I have been here for almost 2 yrs first yr was on a lease last ten months has been month to month

    The post owner , owns it, up till the day that the foreclosure sale happens. After then either the bank owns it if they took it back without a buyer. Or it was purchased by someone at the sale.
    Court records should show this.

    After the sale date, you can contact the bank and ask them, keep putting the rent into a escrow account ( separate bank account) till you find out who to pay.
