If my landlord is being forclosed on and I am on a month to month agreement is she able to take the fridge and stove with no notice also how long do I have till I have to leave ? I believe the bank is in the process of recovery the property is she still bound by our agreement even if she doesn't own the house any more she has not giving me 30 days notice to vacate as of yet

If the property has already been forclosed upon... it and everything in it is no longer hers to take notice or no notice.

If its only pending you are correct a month to month requires a 30 day notice by either party. She can't walk in and take them with no notice.

If she did or tries again, I would call the police immediately. Let her just try and explain it to them.
