I have 1 child my ex has 1 child. Sole custody. No support because we both took my child. When the child with my ex turns 18 can my ex try to get custody or visitation of the child I have if I go for child support?

At 18 the child is legally an adult and you don't get custody of an adult... unless they have a disability that rprevents them from living unassisted.

I wasn't asking about the 18 yr old. The child I have is under 18.

He doesn't have to wait. If he doesn't have joint legal custody with visitation he can ask for it now, Child support and visitation are treated separately.
