What is the punishment for violation of probation in camden, New Jersey
My fiancée is on probation and went to court in December 2011 he was charged with dirty urine yet his probation officer told him his urine came back clean he decided right there on the spot that he was going to fire his lawyer and he did and left. His lawyer purposely did not let him know his next court date and was violated. He went in on Thursday of last week and they are still holding him he is suppose to see the jude this Friday but his name is not on the list. How long can they hold him before he sees the judge and what should I do now? Also I just got him a lawyer but I want a second opinion.
    Please help.

You wait... plus understand he isn't being honest with you about everything... the court tells him when his next court date is... its not the sole responsibility of his lawyer to do it.

And if they violated him on a dirty alcohol and drug test... they have results that prove he was... NOT just the word that someone clains it was.

And they can hold him a VERY long time after a parol violation... being released on probation is a priveledge... not a right.
