Losing the one and only true love
    My name is Amanda
It's been a year and a half now that my ex has passed away. I still can't seem to handle it. I go see his mother a lot and talk to someone about it but it hurt so much.
I have got a boyfriend atm he nice and everything but he told me I need to move on from my ex and forget about him.
I wrote a status on Facebook about how much he means to me and everything but my boyfriend went off at me.
I have tried telling my boyfriend he never coming back and that I can't be with him but he doesn't understand what it feels like to hurt.
Please someone what do I do ?

He was your "ex" when he passed? You need to be fair to your current boyfriend. If you are not healed, not ready to move on, then you need to end your relationship with your boyfriend and try to heal yourself.

We all heal at different times, you said he is the ONE and only true love, that means you are not ready to give the new boyfriend your love. Or only limited, and you are comparing him.

Of course you can have many loves though out your life, each will have good memories but will not control your life.

And knowing it will hurt your current boyfrend you pasted this on Facebook, not in a personal journal, Why ?

Have you considered professional counseling to help you grieve and move on, but it sounds like you don't want to move on
