I'm a YouTube partner, I have those dollar logos close to my videos and stuff but my chanell is the same as before I can't put that banner or the cool name so how can I do that? I just became a partner yestoday and I don't have adsens yet...

Sounds like you are trying to run before you can walk,
You need to get all of these various elements in place and go from there.
Do you even have original content ?
