    My marriage was null and void at the very beginning, am I still considered to be a married woman. What are my rights if I file for the declaration of nullity of void marriages? Please help.

    I would 'null and void' just about states the obvious; you are not married. What else do you have to know? What do you mean what are your rights? You are a single women and do not have rights of a married one.

    First where is this at, since laws vary in major ways around the world.

    But if you filed actual paper work, and it was approved and accepted by the government agency that controls weddings ( IN US it would be the family court) so if you filed paper work to annul your marriage and it was approved then it is like you were never married
