    How to file a complaint
I was needing to know where to go to file a complaint against my former supervisor. I know there is some type of law against speaking about former employees to other employees about why they were terminated, and other discussions. I am just unsure of where to go.

Really, when was this law enacted? Because this is not private information... not anyplace I've ever worked at the last 32 years. People know why people get fired... unless they were telling lies about why... no law has been broken.

Sorry, while most companies have rules to protect the employee, and it is common business practice, If they are telling the truth, there is nothing you can do.

If you quit and they are saying you were fired for theft, you may have a case if you can prove it has harmed you.
