I cosigned a rental lease for my daughter. She defaulted on the rent. Can the landlord have a lien placed on my property

Sure. Your signature on the lease means they can come after you for everything owed. Just pay them what your daughter defaulted on.

If they obtain a judgment against you, which they can, then yes they could use that judgment to file a lien against your property.

You are suppose to just pay them, not make them sue you. If you don't pay them, they can sue both of you, if they get a judgement, it is possible that yes maybe they could get a lien.
