Depends on what your child support order stated.Some stop at 18, college or not... and at 21 she's legally an adult and on her own even for those that include college... that equals a 4 year degree.

Definitely check your divorce papers/ child support orders. It should be stated in them.

Current NYS law requires support until 21 or emancipation. However, your support order can extend that period while she is still in school. So you need to read what it says.
