    Feeling lousy
    I have a fib which I take metoprolol for. I have been nauseas, and had diarea for three days. Had heads aches nightly, palpitations, right side pain in my mid section (for a couple months, I am blaming antibiotics) and worst of all extreme fatigue, now my heart rate is 47-48 any help would be appreciated
