I'm 10 and once , I put pink highlights on my hair and it wasn't permanent. Then everyone at my school stared doing the same thing so I took them off by dying my hair my natural color (Black) . And now and before highlights it's brown and I want to dye it black again and put blue on my hair's points but my mom won't let me ! How could I convince her?
