I have been having my period for over 4 weeks now. Some days its not as heavy as others. However, I rarely see any old blood and big clots are there. My stomach cramps so bad and it feels like labor pains. My daughter is now 3 and I have never had these problems up until now. I had a c-section in 2009 and was told I had a cyst on my ovary. Could this be the cause? I'm already anemic and I feel very tired all the time. I don't like to et or anything because of the pain. Don't like being with my boyfried because I bleed so much. I am on the Depo shot and Im not sure if this is a side effect. But I've had 4 shots already and this is the first time it has happened. Please help me!
