    Is void
    My mother died leaving my sister and aunty yo sort the will and probate out I am the eldestof three but both my aunty and sister were witnesses to the will and both signrd it what are my rights under uk law

    Rights to do what? You certainly have a "right" to inherit if you are mentioned in the Will.

    If your sister and aunt were named Executors you have no rights in that regard.

    I believe OP wants to know if the will, which appoints sister and aunt as personal representatives (or executrices), is somehow invalid because they witnessed it.
