    What rights do I have to my son
    My sons mother has not let me see my son in about 6 years now.I pay child support on him and would very much like to be in his life . So far all I have tried to do to see him is contact his mother to see if she would allow me to see him

    Take her to court. Any judge that sees you are paying child support would agree to some visition depending on the situation.
