Recently you have chaged my Primary care Physcian without my asking and have send me a card with a new primary care physcian.
I want to keep my old primary care physcian. How it can be corrected.

Well to start with... We aren't Fidelis Health Care... so there isn't anything we are going to do about it... I recommend you contact them.
