My 3 year old dog stop eating. Bought different food ate for a while stopped again.
Tried differeent food ate for awhile stopped. Last night after two days mixed it with
Wet food ate it up. What's going on ?

Any time you switch food there's a good chance your dog either won't eat it or will get an upset stomach. What does your Vet say?

Are you feeding high quality food?

What breed of dog is it?

Dogs, if left on their own, will only eat what their bodies need.

If he isn't alarmingly skinny, gaunt or sick looking, I honestly wouldn't worry about it.

If you are worried about it, you could always make an appointment at your vet to have a blood test done.

But, a healthy dog will not starve itself.

If this happens to be a large dog, exercise will kick up an appetite. Take him out every day and run him until he drops. He will start eating more because his body needs it.
