I met that guy one year ago.we use to work together,somehow he got my number,and he started texting me,never called,and the only one thing what he ask in his text is how are u?and that's all,he never invite me out,never offer to me anything,when I use to get tipsy I started texting to him asking what you want?and all that ,but what is funny he don't reply,but when he texting to me he expect my answer,so my question is what want one guy from me

It all sounds a bit childish. I don't know why people don't call each other anymore.
Stop answering his text, then he'll stop. Or tell him if he has nothing to say to you, stop texting.
