Me and my girl friend had sex using condom during the second day of her periods(Last month). The next month she missed her periods. I want to know the reason for missing periods. Is there any problem for missing periods. I am also afraid that whether she is pregnant. Can a girl become pregnant after using a condom. Please solve this problem. I am too much confused.

My wife Missed her periods after having first time sex using condoms. We did not have it fully. She told it was paining. So I did not continue. My penis did not go in her fully.
