I need the square footage of 38 inches wide by 288 inches long

1. Convert 1 foot into inches. Multiply the answer by its self. This will give u 1 square foot.

2. Multiply 38 by 288. This will give u square inches.

3. Divide the answer of number 1 by the answer of number 2. This will give u the answer u want.

I think that crea meant to say divide answer 2 by answer 1, or multiply the two dimensions together and then divide by 144.
