    Sex after giving birth
I'm very fearful of how my vagina is going to look and feel after I have my son, I am currently 19 years old. I think this is a common fear among women when having children, should I expect to be less tight that I am now? Or does that really depend on the woman and the birthing experience, how much she tears, etc. If you're a woman and have had children how did you cope with this fear and what was the first sexual experience after you had your child like? If you're a man, what's your opinion on childbirth and sex afterwards, is it just as good?

Kegel exercise work very well just make sure it's not to early after giving birth. Consult with your doctor on when you should start. They work great and you should be back to normal in no time.

Thank you, I do them routinely now since I've heard they can help with birth, will definitely continue once my son is born!

Take a Lamaze class too. The birth canal stretches to accommodate the baby, but goes back to normal size.
