My friends husband was born in Mexico and brought to the u.s when he was 4yrs old brought to the u.s from his mother birth father still in Mexico, mom married another man here in the u.s and got someone to false his birth certificate that he was born here in the us and saying that the mother's new boyfriend was the father can anything be done?

I can't tell if you want to help or hurt. But since this involves your friend, I'll assume help. What is happening now after all these years? Has he been caught and about to be deported? If so, all he can do is pay a GOOD immigration lawyer.
