How do I find out who is taking me to arbitration

Call the organization that sent you the notice. And does it not state in the notice who has asked for the arbitration?

I was call and there wasn't any information left so I'm want to know who to contact

I was call and a answer was left on my phone but it did not say who to contact so I'm trying to find out who to contact

So who do you owe money to and have not paid, they would have perhaps filed a law suit or requested abritration instead?
