I have a Hampton Bay ceiling fan and light. The globe broke and is an eight inch threaded dome that screws in. Went to Home Depot and couldn't find a replacement. Can anyone make a suggestion? Thanks.

You might see if Home Depot can order the globe for you, since they are the retailers for Hampton Bay fans. Here is Home Depot's customer service number: 1-800-654-0688

If this fails, you might try another major hardware store, like Lowe's, they usually have a selection of replacement globes. Sometimes globes that look different will have the same screw-in type fittings as the original. Hope this helps.
