I am legally still married to my sons father. We have been living separate for over a year and we share custody of our son. I have him 70% of the time d/t my work schedule though. I am moving approx 20 miles away in a neighboring town but still within the same county. Do I need to give his father a notice? We will still be in the same county and still have pretty much the same schedule but I am enrolling him in preschool and I know its not the city he wants him to go to school at. What can and can't I do?
