    Parenting plan enforcement
My Ex and I have just finalized our new parenting plan on June 11th and in our plan it states that.
"During the year (school and summer), Father can take up to 15 additional overnights on those days when the children have no school. these additional days can occur at any time during the week, and Father must give Mother at least 14 days advanced notice that he intends to use an overnight. The majority of these additional overnights shall be used during the school year, but any unused days can be used during the summer, provided that no more than 2 can be used at any given instance."
Now the question is. My ex used the summer (3 weeks per parent) schedule to make it so I have two 2 1/2 week long periods that I won't get to see my children, and I want to break that up by using 2 of my additional overnights in each of those long periods.
She says NO that it starts at the beginning of the school year. I say it starts when the Judge signed the judgment. Who is right? And If I am right how do I inforce it?
