Am I able to ovulate/conceive now?

I have been on depo for like a year or so and now my boyfriend and I would like to have a baby. My last shot was due in February 2012 but I missed it. I got my period back in June , the 20th. Should I be able to conceive now? Or ovulate? How long after my period should I be ovulating? How will I know when I'm ovulating?
