I want to know if I need to bleach my hair to be able to get blue highlights. I have natural dark hair and its black and I'm going to cut my hair and I want to get blue streaks in it. And I wanted to know if I have to bleach it, and how to if I do. My aunt is going to help me dye some strands blue. So if you could please tell me how to bleach it, and what I should use. Thank you. :)

Probebly won't show well. Give it a try though if your not happy then bleach it first!
